  1. Lovely, very kind and safe place to stay.

    Positive: Everything was clean and tidy, I felt very safe and close to everything. Negative: Not the property's fault most likely, but there was hair in the microwave for some reason so I just washed it with dish soap and didn't use it.

  3. had good kitchen utilities but wouldn’t stay here again

    Positive: had a stove, microwave, fridge utensils etc so that was great Negative: can hear the noise from outside very well had a bad smell throughout the apartment, didnt smell clean smelled of cigarettes and weed throughout the building that came in through the vents so we smelled it the whole time even though the rules say no smoking other people do it anyway which is very unpleasant for other guests couch had a lot of rips and tears on it, at least get new cushions

  4. Large and comfortable apartment next to the metro station

    Positive: I stayed in a large apartment, very comfortable, I loved it. The shower is great! Well equipped kitchen. Negative: I wouldn’t say that I didn’t like, but I think some things could be even better like I hoped to find more instructions for the dryer, as I have never used I was afraid of making mistakes and the dryer’s filter needs to be cleaned. It could be better indicated that the laundry soap is a yellow pod (I had never seen it in pod before so I wish I could have found it out sooner)

  6. Beautiful, spacious and modern apartment with everything you need

    Positive: Would recommend this stay. The apartment is very spacious, beautiful, modern and comfortable. It has everything you need including a washing machine and dryer which is a useful addition. It is a 2 min walk away from the metro and bus stop which it makes it convenient to travel to other parts of the city quickly. The check-in process was seamless and the host provided added suggestions as part of the process including a discount code for free luggage storage upon check-out. The apartment felt secure and safe. There are also a couple of restaurants nearby. Negative: The only downside I experienced is that the apartment is not soundproof. I could hear loud noises at night from vehicles passing by and hooting, but fortunately the area is not too noisy.

    Positive: Central to Montreal and very handy to the metro system. Clean and spacious apartment where everything works. It's a bit industrial in design but gives you exactly what it promises. The Simplissimmo staff were ever so helpful. Would happily stay again Negative: No comment

    Positive: Lage ist gut Negative: TV hat wenig englische Programme, ungepflegt (Tapete, Lampenschirm, stumpfe Messer), dreckig (Duschbereich, Küchenutensilien), schlecht konzipiert (im Schlafzimmer wird es schnell hell, da Milchglas zum nicht verdunkelbaren Wohnbereich), sehr laut aufgrund der Straße in Verbindung mit schöechter Schallisolierung.

    Positive: Anche se il palazzo non è un granché dall'esterno, l'appartamento è bellissimo, nuovo e dotato di tutti i confort. Letto comodo Negative: Check in complicato, nessuna presenza sul posto. Nonostante gli appartamenti gestiti dalla struttura siano molti, non c'è neanche uno locale per lasciare i bagagli dopo le 11 (ora del check out). Viene inviato un coupon per lasciare gratuitamente i bagagli per tre ore in un ristorante che però è a due fermate di metropolitana

    Positive: Very comfy bed. Great location just off Golden Square Mile. Lots of places to eat around the place. Negative: The place was not as warm or high end in the decor as the photos made then seem. A bit sterile in the decor. TV was confusing and didn’t go according to instructions. Sometimes people seemed to wait to try to slip in the building when I did Get in with my code, and I wasn’t sure if they lived there. Hence, I didn’t feel totally secure.

    Positive: L'emplacement est vraiment parfait et l'appartement est très jolie ! J'ai beaucoup aimé la décoration et le fait que l'appartement soit vraiment très lumineux et spacieux ! Negative: Le seul point assez problématique qui a troublé notre séjour était la propreté des draps, ils n'ont pas été changés avant notre arrivée et il y'avait des tâches jaunes clairement visibles sur les oreillers et les draps à certaines places, c'était vraiment décevant et ça a été un turn off pour nous ! C'est vraiment dommage parce que tout le reste de l'appartement a pourtant été bien nettoyé et était propre.

Negative: No parking or drop off zone. Used parking app, which was ok. Long code to enter for door lock. Didn't like the no-cancellation policy. Some carpeting could bring some warmth to the floor space. Kleenex, please. Provide more than 1 mug and should be of nice quality - glasses were nice. Provide bath mat for shower (very slippery). No cable.

    Positive: The appartement is well decorated and clean. The beds were very comfy. The location is right downtown and we can walk to eaton mall and st catherine. Korean corn dog around the corner and delicious. Smoothie and crepe spot across the street. Starbucks, central bergham, dairy queen, a&w, shawarma all less then 5 min walk. Would recommend and come back. Negative: The smell in the elevator.

    Positive: L’appartement est idéalement situé , face au métro, près de nombreux restaurants et commerces du centre ville. Il est décoré avec goût, spacieux , très bien équipé, calme et bien insonorisé. Nous avons rencontré notre hôte Alex très agréable et soucieux du bon déroulement de notre séjour au Pierce. Nous recommandons cet établissement, nous y retournerons lors de notre prochain séjour à Montréal. Negative: No comment

    The rules are very restrictive and the neighborhood is kind of sketchy but it all amounted to a very nice stay due to the security. It was so quiet and comfy. I was glad for the ability to do laundry and heat up leftovers to save money on breakfast. Definitely would stay again.

    This apartment is full equiped - washing machine, dishwashing machine, tv (2) with Netflix, large shower, oven, microwave etc. Well located near the Musée des Beaux-Arts de Montréal, Musée Mc Cord. The only annoyance is the registration procedure... Few days before, we have to send to photos of an ID card, only few hours before arriving, we received a message with the code to enter in the hotel and another code to get in the apart... The owner could look at the registration procedure of AirBnB! Other than that everything has been EXCELLENT!

    The apartment was located in the heart of the city, having access to everything you could possibly need. The suit was vey clean and unlike many reviewers, we had hot water in the bathroom and also we could adjust the room temperature. I highly recommend this place. However, parking had been a struggle for us since the hotel does not offer parking and also some of the kitchen utensils were not washed and simply kept in the drawers dirty.

  100. Poor, poor, poor...

    Check-in to this property was a nightmare.... Although I informed the hosts that we will be arriving late at night (about 21:00 hours) after a long-distance flight, despite their written acceptance of this request, there was no one available to greet us and let into the apartment. When we called the contact phone number given, all we reached to was an answering machine... After being stranded at the property with heavy suitcases and tired for several hours we had to go and find a nearby hotel to stay in and paid top dollars EXTRA for an accommodation which we already pre-paid for. On top of that the place was noisy, the A/C made a lot of noise and bad smell (apparently it was not among the appliances that got renovated), there were cockroaches in the building, floors a and the windows were dirty beyond words can express. Please see photo attached... We will NEVER stay at this or any other property run by this host/manager.
