    Positive: Emplacement idéal, très proche du métro, pharmacie, restaurants, dépanneurs…. Appartement calme et bien équipé. Negative: La propreté pourrait être améliorée. Surtout dans la salle de bain, robinetterie mal nettoyée, coins de la pièce plein de poussière. Éclaboussures sur le miroir de la chambre. Housses grises sur le fauteuil ne sont pas top. On dirait que le ménage a été vite fait Nous avions déjà séjourné au Pierce avant la pandémie et c’était beaucoup plus propre.

    Positive: l’emplacement est à côté de ste Catherine et le lit est très confortable. Negative: L’appart est plus beau en photo qu’en vrai. Un peu déçu. Même le sofa n’était plus comme sur la photo. Il faut rentrer plein de code à chaque fois qu’on veut rentrer. Il n’y a pas de personnel à la réception, donc on ne peut pas déposer nos valise la bas. J’ai entendu longtemps pour mon dépôt et j’ai du les contacter pour l’avoir finalement.

    Positive: Très belles unités dans un emplacement parfait au centre-ville de Montréal. Negative: Les réservations n’étaient pas faciles à concrétiser il nous a fallu l’aide de l’excellente gestionnaire Laura afin de rendre notre séjour agréable.

  29. a clean place but not my style. I would prefer a front desk to check in and a couple of rugs on the cement floors.

    Positive: 501 номер очень все старое ужасно грязное мрачный номер фото и реально номер отличаются 100% Negative: все ужасно мрачно грязно вода с крана протекает в кухне капает в душе сантехника протекает ночью шумит канализация кондиционер старый шумит и воняет пылью номер грязный входная дверь с щелью ветер из под нее дует звуки что с улицы что с коридора очень слышно ночью шумный дом …. арендовали на 7 дней прожили две ночи переехали в другой отель за 5 дней деньги не вернули … менеджмент очень ужасный НЕ СОВЕТУЮ СНИМАТЬ В ЭТОМ ОБЕКТЕ ЖИЛЬЁ 😢😢😢😢💩💩💩

    Positive: - appartamento pulito e abbastanza grande; - dotazioni dell’appartamento (lavatrice e asciugatrice); - posizione vicina alla metro. Negative: - processo di check-in lungo e pieno di passaggi che richiedono eccessive autenticazioni e prove della propria identità, senza neanche avere certezza di come verranno poi conservate o distrutte le informazioni personali; - regole eccessivamente stringenti per pernottare in un appartamento che poi risulta essere in un palazzo mal frequentato e rumoroso; - appartamento rumoroso, una delle due notti non ho potuto dormire per colpa dei rumori nell’appartamento al piano superiore; - LA PORTA DI INGRESSO È COMPLETAMENTE APRIBILE DALL’ESTERNO! va chiusa a chiave una volta dentro, ovvero al contrario di qualsiasi altro hotel al mondo. noi ce ne siamo accorti perché è entrata una ragazza nel nostro appartamento il primo giorno!!!!!!!!!!! - (commento personale) il palazzo è molto simile ad una casa popolare e il prezzo non vale assolutamente la qualità del soggiorno.

    Positive: The inside of the room was nice. There were 2 TVs in the room. We didn't cook but there was a good set up to do so. Room was nice and cool, A/C in 2 rooms. Overall decor of the room was beautiful. Negative: Our room didn't smell good. We got an air freshener. The cleaning could have been better. We found food crumbs under our bed, counter in the kitchen wasn't cleaned. Sketchy location around hotel.

    Positive: It was very easy to check in. It was very well equipped and everything was so clean. The location is great, close to a lot of amenities. The host answered all of the questions pretty quickly and with detailed answers. Negative: It was slightly pricy but still worth for a good decent stay.

  75. You Get What You Paid For

    This unit does not closely resemble the pictures that we saw that enticed us to book this location. The furniture was older and resembled that of my university dorm. The building was under construction so concentrating during conference calls was a challenge. The Wifi was terrible and we constantly turned it off to use roaming to get answers we were looking for. The Homeless were no longer as they routinely camped in the vestibule and Security was no where to be seen On the plus side, the location was very good for Concordia University and the western edge of downtown Montreal. It is within short walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the Guy-Concordia Subway Station. Summary: “You get what you paid for “

    Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Active, student area close to transport. Just a few housekeeping points. Post some instructions for the shower, the body jets straight to the face were a great wake up! And a reminder to clean the lint filter on the dryer. Having laundry is a great feature. Highly recommend!

    I've never been more impressed. I stayed for 3 days and loved it. They provided everything you could possibly imagine. Provided were things like dishware, cleaning supplies, washer/dryer and even little packets of clothes detergent. Everyday I was more amazed with my stay. I could simply live here. The location was within walking distance to shops and restaurants and even the parking garage. There was a currency exchange close by, so it was no trouble switching currency. The parking they offer is the cheapest in the area than in other places I've seen. It was rare to see a staff member, but I didn't run into any issue during my stay there.

    The apartment was smaller than I was expecting but was fairly well appointed - had separate washing machine & dryer; king bed which were important for us. The location - minutes from metro station and walking distance to shopping and dining options, was great. A call to management for some cleaning supplies was responded to swiftly. Would have preferred a different coffee machine - Nespresso pods are not available in the supermarket and we exhausted those provided in a 2 days - our stay for 6 days for the Formula 1.

    We went to Montreal, Canada for our friend's wedding and needed to stay somewhere central. This hotel/apartment was beautifully decorated, very clean, and it was so perfect for my husband and I. We were within walking distance of delicious restaurants and fabulous stores. The customer service and self check-in and check-out was so convenient and effortless. Definitely recommend this hotel 👍👍👍.

    Apartment was lovely and very convenient to transport restaurants and shopping. Great to have a washing machine and dryer after traveling for several weeks. Building looks a bit dodgy but the apartment was very secure.
