Positive: The room was big and spacious. The bed was big and comfortable. The location is good too, only 3 minutes walking from the metro station and like 5 minutes to get to Saint-Catherine St and about 25 minutes walking to the old port. Quite a lot of restaurant and coffee shops in the vicinity too. The entire check in process is made online. You fill in a bunch of info and they generate some codes for your access. Negative: You need internet to be able to perform the check in. If you are a traveler from Europe and you just arrive in Canada, you need to find a place that has wi-fi if you don't want to pay for your internet or make sure you save the access codes before you land in Canada. The AC units were very noisy.

A perfectly located and well-equipped accommodation!
Positive: The automatic emails were mostly appreciated as they provided necessary information on door codes, pictures of what I would find, etc. I received a few too many emails, some with irrelevant or out-dated information though so it got a little confusing. Overall, the apartment was quite well-equipped for our 3-night stay and the bed was very comfy! Negative: It was not easy to reach them and I was given incorrect information about how to request a late check-out. As a result, I wasted some precious time trying to contact them and not leaving the apartment (in case the code became invalidated while I was out). It was manageable but somewhat stressful.

Positive: Zentrale Lage Negative: Die Lage der Unterkunft in Montreal ist zwar zentral, aber der äußere Eindruck lädt nicht zum Betreten des Gebäudes ein. Erst die Unterkunft selbst ist o.k. Allerdings funktionierte der Wäschetrockner nicht, die Feueralarankage ging 2x unvermittelt und ohrenbetäubend an. Service nicht im Haus, keine Rezeption. Wer soll um 23:00h den Alarm abstellen? Selbst ist der Mann. Im übrigen trat Wasser durch die Kabelkanäle der Alarmanlage ein, was in dich eine Gefährdung darstellt. An eine Kompensation nicht zu denken, o.k. 15% Rabatt auf den nächsten Besuch, angeblich mehrere Jahre nutzbar, aber wenn man nur einmal in Kanada ist, was nützt einem dieser Rabatt. Unterkunft können wir nicht weiterempfehlen.

Spacious central apartment for a comfortable stay
Positive: Spacious apartment with a lovely large couch and TV’s in both the lounge and bedroom. Was also well sound proofed for a central location which was close to the metro, shops and restaurants. The staff were very attentive to any maintenance requirements and restocked coffee pods etc as required which was also appreciated. Negative: I found the pillows a little too full as I am a tummy sleeper and need quite a flat pillow.

Apartment is as photographed with all of the facilities you need for a comfortable stay. The central location made it very easy to get out and explore the city. The staff were very attentive and helpful and the instructions provided with the booking is extremely thorough.

Apart'hotel confortable et bien placé

Recommended for stays in Montreal of over 3-4 days for business or pleasure.
Positive: Location in Montreal was very good.. near Concordia Metro stop. There were several codes (to enter the building, to open the room door) which all worked and were secure. Check-in and check-out were done without reception.. also worked. Kitchen had all facilities. The shower was very good! Negative: Parking was challenging to find. We parked in a nearby indoor lot for $37 for three days. From the street, the building looks a bit run-down, but the room was fine. The windows really need cleaning from outside.

Positive: There are pros and cons to this property. Access instructions were great, but finding the building was not easy, thank God for Google maps. The location itself was handy as we did not have a car and we like to walk, so we were able to get to the city centre within 20ish minutes. There are restaurants close by and a Starbucks across the road. The space itself is large for two people - the bed was extremely comfortable and the block out blind in the bedroom was great. The kitchen was handy, although we really only used the fridge, not sure about the other appliances. Great to have a washing machine and dryer also. Negative: Pictures are a little deceiving, the cons to this place could be considered picky but.... • The bathroom was not as clean as it could be - I had to unclog the shower drain one morning as I noticed the shower tray filling with water. It was full of hair (not mine!) • The basin plug was caked in black build up - again requiring me to unscrew it and clean it off. I only discovered this when I was filling the basin and found black floaties in the water • The round shower taps were missing the 'handle' so it was hard to know firstly how to turn it on and secondly what it was turned to. • The shower tray had orange mold in the corners - this I was not prepared to clean besides there was nothing to clean it with) • The doorway into the bathroom from the bedroom was unfinished - in that the plaster that meets the floor was un finished, the plaster tape was exposed and just looked terrible. • There was no bench cleaner/spray. So even if we had cooked in the kitchen, we had nothing to wipe the bench/worktops with (except a sponge and dish soap)

Positive: the location of this location is amazing. i live in Montreal but in the West Island. this place is amazing for Downtown Montreal. independency was amazing. the shower there was to die for. probably the best I’ve ever had. Negative: Things I didn’t like it’s VERY hard to find parking close, things were sticky so cleaning was the first thing I did and if you are sensitive to noise while sleeping it’s hard. you can hear everything from the people around you. oh and shower leaked from the bathroom to kitchen and dryer didn’t work properly.

Absolutely loved it
Positive: The apartments are super well-located; it takes 2-min walk to get to popular restaurants and there are many stores such as asian markets and drugstores close by. It is super hard to park on the street (we got a ticket), but there are many indoor parking available in the area.The apartment itself was super clean and well-organized. They had all the kitchen tools you might need and they prepare enough towels for your entire stay. We chose the unit 502, which has a quite nice view and a lot of light coming in even though the walls were black, so it was super cozy and welcoming! In overall, very great stay, easy booking/check-in process, highly recommend. Negative: There was a pretty strong unpleasant smell when you enter the building and in the elevator, but as soon as you get to the floor where Simplissimmo is located, it is fine. The apartment did not have that smell either, so it was probably due to the fact that there were privately owned units in the building as well. (Simplissimmo has units only on several floors, which were clean and tidy.) The door knob of the bedroom was also damaged, so we sometimes had difficulties opened it, but it was not a big problem.

Positive: Confort et propreté. On se sent comme chez soi très rapidement. Negative: Le parking payant acceptait que de la monnaie pas de carte débit ou crédit ou argent en papier. Le fait que le coût était de 24$ , il est difficile de trouver du change dans les environs. De plus, j'aurais aimé avoir des instructions sur la douche, car il n'a pas d'eau froide que de l'eau chaude (entre 30 degrés et 45 degrés).

We called the landlord to ask if we could check in earlier he said we can and he sent us the code. Our original check in was 3pm but he gave us the permission to check in at 2pm. When we got to the Airbnb. The whole house was a mess. Very small space. It looks bigger in pictures. The washroom had dirty towels. The floor and kitchen were all dirty. The bed was slept in and messy. We had to wait an hour to for the cleaning staff to come in and clean up the place. The cleaning staff took 2 hours to clean (they left at 4pm and our purify always check in time was 3pm). They tried to lie to the Airbnb support that our checkin was supposed to be later. We managed to get a full refund since the Airbnb host was lying. We wasted our day waiting for the cleaning lady to clean. We had to cancel our plans. Horrible service The sofas have stains all over them The blanket for the bed was not washed. It was reused. They tried to take our security deposit by messaging us 1hour prior to the checkout time telling us if we don’t leave by 11 then they will take our $300 deposit.

The apartment is smaller than it looks in the pictures, but it is just as beautiful. It looks exactly like the photographs, but what those pictures don't show you is all the little problems. The toilet leaks after being flushed and, though the host said they would fix it right away, it's still something to keep your eye out for. The floor makes it hard to see water, which means I didn't notice the leak from the shower either until I was stepping in it. Strands of strangers hairs are hidden by the swirls in the floor's patterns. The appartment is stunning--no getting past that--but I don't know if all the little problems are worth it.

Clean the windows
You would think that spending 900 the windows would be clean I’m pretty sure they have not been cleaned in 10-15 yrs There was a couch in the apartment that had hair on in and I wouldn’t even think of sitting on it as it was filthy Not worth that kind of money Disappointed completely

Beau condo, assez spacieux pour deux et moderne. Très grand lit confortable et tout à notre disposition pour cuisiner. La propreté du plancher laisse à désirer, marcher pieds nues et vous vous retrouvez avec des pieds noirs. Télévision du salon fonctionne mal, beaucoup de bugs. La télévision de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas et pas de télécommande. Un seul ascenseur qui fonctionnait sur deux, donc le temps d’attente pour descendre, surtout, était excessif. Aucune place de parking à côté, surtout le vendredi et samedi soir, donc il faut payer le parking 25$ par jour.

The pictures are way better than the actual apartment. It was clean and the bed was comfy but I wouldn't have agreed to pay as much as I did for this apartment

Perfect Getaway
I stayed here for three night with my boyfriend while visiting Montreal from out of town. Everything was amazing, getting into and out of the room and building was easy and felt secure. The apartment itself was very clean and had everything that we needed for a short stay. It looks almost identical to the pictures. The location was great for what we wanted, steps away from St.Catherine St and really not a far walk from anywhere you may need to go while staying there. Would highly recommend this place and may have to stay again if we decide to come back.

Confortable stay
The room was really confo and clean. Nice "retro" deco. I really appreciated the small details (dishes, warm room, washer soap). It made me feel like i was at home quickly. The only thing i would wanted is to have instructions on the shower (i almost burned myself) and it was easy for the water to come out.

Beautiful and Accommodating
Originally I only stayed for 2 nights, but my partner and I really enjoyed the place that we decided to stay one more night and even though it was a another different room they quickly moved me to another room. My partner and I LOVED BOTH rooms, they were equally beautiful and comfortable, both with fully equip kitchen and basically all our experience was TOP NOTCH.

Perfect apartment
We stayed a couple of days in room 502 (Pierce Hotel). Very comfortable, close to shops, restaurants and public transport. Next tme Montreal, again Pierce Hotel

Very nice spot
Nicely decorated and spacious suite. My only complaint would be related to the temperature of the shower. I think the knob may have been broken because it was extremely diffuse to turn. Other than that, i would definitely go back

Solid hotel experience
Overall I had a solid stay. Hotel was very clean and well kept. Location also very good right next to the Metro in the heart of downtown Montréal. Instructions around check in and check out were very clear and easy to understand. Air conditioning was effective to keep the room cool during the summer heat. My room had some modest room for improvement. There could have been more shower shampoo and soap options. The hair dryer did not work. And a water filter would have been nice to have as a drinking water option.

Very convenient location, close to groceries, subway, Mount Royal. Apartment is well structured overall, with kitchen and laundry options. Lighting needs improvement. Too bright and no light stand by bed that could allow reading or simply getup without waking up partner or getting blinded by brightness. Please have the vacuum cleaned, as It was pretty gross. Maybe a small shampoo would be nice. We had our own, but would be nice touch. And an oven pan. Otherwise, really nice! Would be back anytime. P.

The location is really good, the apartment nice. The bedding is excellent. Hhaving Netflix was a teeat. However, the kitchen was dirty, especially the counters that were really gross. The windows were very dirty too, which is frustrating because the apartment was pricey.

I recently stayed in this hotel / apartment while I visited Montreal with my mom for her birthday. Honestly, the size of the apartment and layout is perfect. It is modern and more or less, maintained well. However, there are a few considerations I believe this company should adhere to for future visitors. First off, there were finger prints everywhere. I am not kidding, the kitchen bar table was not clean at all and the glass door for the washroom was FULL of nasty prints. This wasn’t the biggest issue. Secondly, the comforter for the bed (king size was great) was stained and smelled like it needed to be washed. I had to flip it upside down and even this was almost intolerable. I am not sure how long that comforter has been used but it definitely needs to be replaced. The bed was clean though. No bugs! Thankfully! In the middle of the night on my last night, I got up to use the washroom and upon turning the lights on, I noticed a little creepy drawer (a baby roach!!!!) crawling in the sink and I killed it really quick before he got away! This grossed me out so much that I automatically put all my luggage’s on to the coach so they wouldn’t be on the floor where another cockroach might be lurking around. I was disgusted. Another suggestion: have some tea bags or coffee pods for your damn guests! This is standard in ALL hotels. Literally, we arrived Friday night and checked out Sunday morning. We had 2 , yes only 2, coffee pods for the ENTIRE weekend ! The building looks old and needs updating. The elevators smelled and carpets in entrance were so filthy that it turned everywhere off when I got there but I had already paid for it. Everything else was good. These are definitely issues that need to be reviewed and fixed because this could easily have been a 4 or 5 star review but I’m rating it a 3 as I am honestly not content with the money I spent on it. Location was perfect though and close to everything.

Accommodations were clean, bed was comfortable. Overall very utilitarian, seating was lacking, one couch was uncomfortable, no arm chair or additional chair of any kind except two stools at kitchen island. We rented because of kitchen facilities which were adequate but no table or seating for guests. Which was our intent as we came to visit family. Downtown location was good, website said request parking, we did but got no response and when we got there were to to go to public parking down the street which was full so we move from one lot to another, a nuisance and costly.

Self service apartments .. all automatic.. great idea and very well developed!! The quality of the technology and services highly recommended!! The shower is an SPA experience!! Really nice!! Congrats on a great idea fully developed and perfectly managed.!!
