The apartment is well furnished, the bathrooms great, (though the bar stools are too high, and there’s no night light near the bed, and that kitschy fireplace doesn't work) but the check-in procedure is truly unpleasant. It requires using a buggy online app 72 hours before check-in (too bad if you’re on the road) which doesn't work in Chrome, only in Safari (…). There’s and additional deposit of $500 (!), the uploading of two photos, checking 15 agreement points one by one. You only get in the check-in procedure online once you’re in front of the door, too bad if you don’t have an internet connection. The whole thing feels deeply mistrustful. Just not worth it. Deal with a real person instead.

Overall not too bad of a place. Place was clean, well maintained and cozy. Has a good amount of amenities and many restaurants as well. But, Noisy building and super noisy outdoor. Parking was a hasle. Only real issues for me that the host could control was that had an issue with the bed, mattress was weird, it was uncomfortable. Hosts were not really considerate for my situation while explaining some issues. And finally, I find it slightly overpriced compared to other airbnbs I have been in the area with better location and same category of “loft”.

Underdelivered on a strong promise.
Positive: Bed was good, spacious apartment with kitchen if you want to cook for yourself. Keyless entry was great and the system all worked as it should Negative: Neither of the two televisions worked - one wasn't even connected to an aerial port and the other had such a weak signal nothing would show on the screen. The area was fine but next door to a small convenience store that was very shady - group of people hanging outside that constantly and spent one of the evenings I was there screaming up and down outside the apartment on street level

Deuxiement l’hote Gael ma carrément voler 500$ de depot en inventant de faut motifs pour ne pas me remettre mon depot ( comme une ampoule dévisser ) ! Et troisièmement je nai pas eu le code de la porte avant 1h am au lieu de 3hpm comme ecrit sur leur annonces Et je nai pas eu droit a aucun dédommagement de leur part suite a cela !

Positive: L appartement en lui même est bien , lit grand confortable Salle de bain grande (mais WC pas séparé dommage) Negative: La rue est pleine de clochards qui urines devant l entree , des détritus devant entrée en permanence , le soir et la nuit ils se battent et crient c est très désagréable et pas rassurant. Wc dans salle de bain Aucuns personnels que par tel ou messages Aucunes piles en fonction dans les 3 télécommandes (signalés le 1er jour et changées au bout du 10eme jour comme le ménage) nous avions loué 13 nuits !!!! Hallucinant Seulement 2 verres 2 assiettes manquent pleins d ustensiles . Vu sur la route 4 voies super bruyantes !!!!

I told them i was not okay with this not being stated on the booking but only on confirmation and they refused to cancel… very unprofessional. The apartment we rented was beautiful, spacious and clean. Central to many amenities and tourist attractions with an abundance of paid parking nearby, we recommend this place to any couple looking to have an amazing place to stay for their trip to Montreal.

Positive: Nous avons aimé : l'appartement en lui même, qui est très chic,il y a le nécessaire pour laver son linge et le sécher, les ustensiles de cuisine sont suffisant pour ce faire de bon repas, le lit est très confortable et heureusement. Le personnel est réactif la journée par mail ou message via booking par contre il n'y a pas de réceptionniste donc vous n'avez personne la nuit. . Negative: La climatisation est très bruyante mais vitale car l'appartement est exposé plein soleil toute la journée... L'emplacement et l insonorisation du bâtiment autant vers la rue que vers l'entrée de l'appartement. La rue semble être un lieu de regroupement des sans abris souvent bien alcoolisés, sur nos 3 nuits, nous avons entendu toutes les nuits des cris, des heurts.... L'hôtel informe sa clientèle quelle peut appeler le 911 s'il y a trop de nuisance, compte tenu du nombre de sirène que nous avons entendu nous n'avons pas eu à le faire. Mais cela n'a pas arrangé le probleme. Concernant l'entrée, on entendait les portes claquer et les gens ne respectaient pas le silence dans les communs pour éviter de déranger les occupants. Enfin, la politique d'entrée et sortie est assez stricte. Nous sommes parti à 10h50 et avions oublié quelque chose dans le frigo, nous n'avons pas pu rentrer à 11h05. L'heure c'est l'heure.

Positive: Beautiful tastefully decorated spacious unit in a great location and close to McGill university. Easy access. Well equipped. Awesome shower!! Loved the unit itself and really enjoyed area- walkable to all our needs. Negative: The bathroom ( toilet) was not very clean as well as adjacent walls. Building itself had very funky old smell as well as old smelly garbage , old mattresses and junk lying around hallways in the way of fire exit doors. Felt like all the effort was in the units but very little on the actual building

In response to our complaints for AC and TV, they sent us a YouTube link to watch to see how AC and TV work! - overall we couldn’t wait to get out of there

Enjoyed the loft unit and it's comfort. Clean and spacious. Easy walking access to downtown. Great breakfast restaurant on the corner. Accessibility was convenient via door codes. The one difficulty we had was our luggage before check-in and after the morning check-out. Perhaps a locker system with code locks could be set up in the building??

Check in was easy all instructions were easy to follow. Inside was very nice the bathroom and the dual showers are the standout. Couple of nice restaurants right next door. Metro is block and half away. Grocery and drug store are right down street. Did have problem with door not locking when we left had to call and staff member told us to close door and press lock symbol on keypad for 5 seconds. That was only hiccup. Montreal is a great city and we would stay here again without hesitation thank you

Positive: Very nice apartment and well equiped. Good location only a 10-15 minute walk to downtown and lots of restaurants. For breakfast, try the Milton B almost opposite. Has a lovely selection of breakfast food at a reasonable price. Negative: No internet on our first day (due to the rain deluge a day or two earlier). Also had two loud blower heater fans right outside the door operating all day and night, for the same reason. The owners could have let us know this, rather than let us try aimlessly to figure out what the problem was until we managed to contact them.

Vor dem Haus hängen jederzeit alkoholisierte Männer und Frauen herum, die dich bei jeder Gelegenheit anbetteln. Meine Frau fühlte sich sehr unsicher und unwohl. Wohnungstüre war mit einem tausendstelligen Code zu öffnen und schliessen - zu kompliziert. Knapp bemessene Küchenutensilien und zuerst zu wenig Badezimmer-Wäsche.

TV was complicated to set up, and cable only in the living room, not the bedroom. couch was hard as a rock. lovely kitchen. would have appreciated body lotion and kleenex.. could walk to old Montreal and other cool areas. parking was difficult. finally had to park at Indigo a few doors down, complicated to find and get to your car. we would have appreciated support to figure out where to park. Overall, a great place that we would stay at again.
Positive: Perfectly laid out suites, very clean, stylish and comfortable. The bed was amazing. The bathroom was well laid out with plenty of room for keeping toiletries organized and neat. We were very impressed with the complete kitchen; this property would be outstanding for long stays. Negative: A couple of glitches; our fireplace didn't work (perhaps the batteries were dead in the remote?). One of our shower heads wasn't working, which was mildly disappointing. Recycling boxes in the rooms would have been convenient; it took awhile before we realized that we could bag our recycling up and place it in the large stairwell bins. Also, bags weren't provided to us. A box of tissues would have been nice in the bathroom, especially as we tested positive for Covid while there and could have used them! For safety sake, a way to light up the wee step from the bedroom should be explored; several of our party tripped in the middle of the night while on our way to the bathroom. Also, in our unit, the stove top has a crack that is rather sharp; please consider a patch job to prevent injuries.

Positive: bien que l’ensemble était très bien, plusieurs irritants pour établissement de cette qualité très beau loft, la salle de bain est magnifique, etle loft est spacieux. l’enregistrement à l’arrivée était facile. le loft est très bien situé et l’équipement est très satisfaisant, beaucoup de serviettes, d’essui main et de papier de toilette vue le long séjour très apprécié Negative: deux nuits consécutives a ne pas dormir à cause de fête dans l’immeuble (vendredi et samedi) une seule tv possède vidéotron et la télécommande de la télé de la chambre est défecteuse. le foyer ne fonctionne pas, il n’y a pas de coupe à vin ni de linge à vaiselle, le ménage à l’arrivée laissait à désirer les draps et serviettes des locataires précédents étaient dans le panier dans le walkin de la chambre et des ballons crevés étaient dans le plancher du walkin. Le matelas n’était pas confortable et renforce vers le millieu petit signe qu’il doit être changé.

Positive: Updated, taken care of and extremely clean loft. Walking distance to downtown. A lot of small places to eat and a grocery store in the same block makes it very convenient place. Negative: The noise from the street was unbearable. It felt like the unit had no windows.

The bathroom was an added bonus with a luxurious double headed shower which was so nice to come home to after a long day of exploring the city. Definitely recommend staying here.

The place is exactly as pictured, absolutely gorgeous. Parking can be located beside the building next to/in front of a little connivence shop (which is really nice to have so close) for a fee. The street can be a bit busy & loud but nothing overbearing, for me at least. Check-in was nice & easy. Guests staying in the other apartments can sometimes be heard, talking/footsteps/door slamming so if you’re really sensitive to noises that’s good to know but I was fine with it. But overall I had a great experience, the place was clean & sleek and in walking distance of so many great places (especially food places). I’d recommend.

Parc ave is a very busy street, and quite noisy. Even with the double glazed front window, it was too noisy for a good night's sleep, especially when a truck or scooter went by, or someone honks their horn. Deliveries to local stores start about 5 in the morning, so you get the beeping of trucks backing up. It's really only quiet from 1 to 4 in the morning. This was for the front lofts, x01 and x02. Maybe the back lofts, x03 and x04 would be quieter.

Nice loft located in the wrong place
Situated besides a noisy main road. Drunk men and women are hanging out 24 hrs a day around the entrance and beg for money every time you leave or enter the building. My wife felt uncomfortable and unsafe. Otherwise the loft was spaceous and well equipped.

The apartment look exactly as the photos. However, the apartment was not very clean. There were unwashed dishes in the dish washer which makes us pretty uncomfortable. Also, since there is no front desk service, there is no luggage service either. Would recommend bringing your own shampoo and conditioner as they do not provide them. they only have some soap like solution for you to use. The sound proof system is pretty bad as you can hear the noise from the street.

I booked this hotel as a surprise for my partners birthday, we had been dying to get out of the house during this pandemic. We had a lovely evening. The kitchen was well equipped. The brick wall, high ceilings and electric fireplace made it feel cozy. Comfortable and clean. Automated check in/out made for a simple stay.

Great place to stay during our recent trip to Montreal. The hotel was in such a great location, easily accessible to downtown Montreal. The neighbourhood at night was quite loud to our liking. The hotel it’s self is elegant and fully equipped with all the necessities needed. A bit of more detailed cleaning is suggested. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommended.

Dans l’ensemble nous avons été satisfait. L’emplacement, la conception de l’appartement, la double douche(sympa), le digicode en remplacement d'une clé pour la porte d’entrée, top, machine à laver le linge génial !Ce qui laisse à désirer une tv dans la chambre qui ne fonctionne pas, pas de câble antenne, pas assez de vaisselles, couverts, propreté de la cuisine ustensiles pas au top. Poussière dans la hotte de ventilation dans la salle de bain, ça aussi pas top. Dommage qu’en 4 nuits, il n’y est pas de femme de ménage pour donner un coup de balais! Petit détail mais qui pourrait faire la différence!

Central location, 2 min walk from Place des Arts. The apartment is well equipped and furnished. The apartment makes it easy to relax, enjoy this city and enjoy a good home meal with a fully furnished kitchen. I will come back.

Found the unit generally acceptable, though booking through VRBO was misleading. The unit was alright, but was lacking in sufficient amenities that I have had in previous vacation rentals (enough paper towels, toilet paper, washing up items) as I had stayed in an Airbnb the previous week, I was disappointed by how a property clearly run purely for the purpose of short term rentals was unable to match that of ones who are independently managed by individual hosts. Halfway through my stay the water was suddenly shut off for half a day without warning leaving me seeking customer service for 30 minutes to be told "maintenance was occuring, oops sorry" which really should have told to guests prior to. The area is convenient for access, but is surrounded by individuals who will consistently be right outside your door asking for change, cigarettes or otherwise and could potentially leave some individuals feeling unsafe, as some of them became quite aggressive. The unit has large sweeping windows, which are great but do not provide any access to fresh air as opening them without holding them open is impossible. Cleanliness was questionable as we spent out first day removing red stains from doors and removing a layer of dust from over head light fixtures. Overall, the apartment was nice enough but I would recommend some of the other beautiful properties available as Montreal has tons in much more accessible and beautiful areas.

The appartment is very modern and clean. We liked it very much as it had a good shower and a comfortable bed. It had a Nespresso coffee machine but unfortunately only one capsule of coffee when we arrived so that we had to go and find coffee. This was not important as everything else was very good and we would go again.

Good find for downtown Montréal
This is a very modern luxuriously appointed apartment. It's 20 minutes walk to the waterfront, but a stiff 20 mins one.The theatreland of Montréal is in between, so it's well located. The parking is rudimentary for the high price but worked well enough. These are dedicated spaces in amongst a 24/7 convenience store parking facility and can occasionally get over-run with parking clients, even parking by a local business in these dedicated spaces. However, it was only difficult on our arrival on the eve of a holiday weekend. Otherwise there was no problem.

Overall great place to stay
Loved the space - very modern and clean. You can feel more at home when on a work trip than in a regular hotel room. Just a few quirks: The internet bandwidth was spotting and the address was a little hard to find the first time when arriving by taxi. The room was right on avenue du Parc so there was some street noise but once I pulled the black out shade down that helped with the noise. I do look forward to staying there again however.

Nice place but full of glitches and style issues. Things didn’t work like fireplace and tv remotes, 3 of 4 lights under utility fan didn’t work. No cleaning supplies that I could find. Shower Soap dispenser empty. Promised fixes didn’t happen. And the walls are badly painted, visible in late afternoon. So it looks nice on surface but glitches appear quickly and a lot of them. Also. The design of putting a vacuum cleaner tucked into a wall pocket is highly tacky. Put the vacuum in front closet. The space needs an area rug in living room to be a touch warmer. Have 6 evenly sized pillows in bed so it doesn’t feel like you bought them at a dollar store. Put every light in dimmers!!! The team has a way to go to fine expert polish. But solid start.

Worst stay ever
Location is nothing less than horrible. It's full of homeless people roaming, drinking and sleeping around this place. Some of them are hanging out in your car park just beside the building, begging for money constantly. We did not fell the area was safe enough to walk in the city during evening and night time. It was very skungy (Australian term). Also, we did not fell it was safe to park our rental car there (clearly a car too fancy for the area). Also the cost of your car park was more expensive than the local interior and secured car park. It's not worth it. We were planning to stay for 17 days in your rental. We were expecting it to be serviced in some way. There was no proactive services (e.g. cleaning the room / making the bed / refreshing towels / upping toilet paper rolls, etc). We had to complaint to get a reactive clean-up of the room (appreciated). Other tenants / apartments were noisy at several hours of the evening and night. We could hear furniture scrapping the floor constantly and one of the flat did a party with about 10-12 people that were very noisy up to about 3am. We sent an complaint email around 2am and got some answer from your management that the party was going down. It faded out. But, they did the same the following night... We understood that your organisation did not really cared about its rules. We moved out a few days later (day 10 - with 7 days remaining on the rental) as we could not tolerable the location, noise and lack of servicing. We might as well moved in our new apartment which only have a bed and white goods. So we did. I would actively detract people from staying to this apartment. We definitely are regretting not staying in an hotel, with proper servicing and quality oversight. It was a very irritating experience. Michel Desjardins
